With an impressive track record in executive leadership, healthcare administration, and a commitment to improving member experiences, Michelle will bring a wealth of expertise to VBA, focusing on pre-sale project planning and scoping to enhance the company’s customer engagement strategies.
Michelle Bounce, who most recently served as the President of The J.P. Farley Corporation and a current member of the Board of Directors for the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA), has been a transformative leader in the healthcare industry. Her dedication to transparency, cost-effectiveness, and improving healthcare outcomes aligns perfectly with VBA’s mission to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.
In her new role at VBA, Michelle will leverage her extensive project management skills, deep product knowledge, and customer use-case expertise to refine VBA’s approach to understanding buyer timelines, objections, and decision-making processes. Her responsibilities will include leading pre-sale project planning and scoping activities, collaborating with Sales teams, and developing detailed project plans to align customer needs with VBA Solution capabilities.
