The Connect and Engage User Conference provided clients with an opportunity to learn about the exciting updates on the horizon for the VBA community.

VBA, a leading-edge healthcare software company, recently held its second annual Connect and Engage User Conference, an interactive event for clients to learn what’s new at VBA in 2022 and what’s in store for 2023.
The two-day event held virtually on August 25 and 26, included live product demos and updates, an executive forum with VBA leadership, and the unveiling of a new solution—VBAPI—that offers backend access to VBA’s library of thousands of APIs to enable interoperability and build better customer experiences.
“As we approach 2023, we are expanding our efforts across the platform to significantly support and enhance the user experience,” said Rachel Lanser, Chief Client Officer of VBA. “Our goal is to ensure that VBA continues to innovate and add value to the industry through superior solutions, as well as new partner integrations.”
VBA has big plans for all its products in the coming year. The VBAnalytics platform will expand to include new reporting packages with predictive analytics and targeted recommendations. Major enhancements are also on the horizon for VBA’s portals, including a new credentialing portal and a significantly enhanced administrator portal. And VBA continues to add functionality to its flagship product, VBASoftware.
