The Connect and Engage User Conference provided VBA clients with a look at the 2024 VBA technology roadmap and new additions to the solution suite.
GERMANTOWN, WI – August 24, 2023. VBA, a leading healthcare technology company, recently held its third annual Connect and Engage User Conference in Milwaukee, WI for clients to learn more about VBA’s suite of solutions and what is coming up in 2024.
The two-day event included live product demonstrations and updates, an open forum with VBA senior leadership and the unveiling of product roadmaps for VBA’s integrated suite of solutions for healthcare payers, including its VBASoftware core administrative processing solution, VBAGateway user experience portals, VBAVoice customer support solution and VBAnalytics population health reporting tool.
