VBA made a big splash at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Global Health Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, FL. Our Chief Client Officer, Rachel Lanser, was a featured speaker and members of the VBA sales team were there to cheer her on. Rachel’s presentation, APIs & Analytics: Driving Real-Time Data for Real-Time Action, discussed how APIs are the driving force of analytics and shared some ways to incorporate APIs into analytics solutions for a more robust, actionable plan.
We also unveiled our strategic objective to help payers offer APIs to providers, patients, and other payers to bridge gaps in communication. VBA currently has 1,585 APIs across 27 functional areas, and we intend to reach 6,000 APIs by the end of 2022.
