VBASoftware: Your Trusted Partner, Now Even Smarter
VBASoftware has always been a reliable solution for healthcare payers to administer their business, particularly in claims administration. Now, we’re taking it a step further. VBAssist, our new built-in help assistant, will leverage the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to provide you with intelligent, context-aware assistance within the VBASoftware application.
VBAssist will be trained on all of VBA’s extensive help documentation and our client resource center knowledge base to provide instant, accurate answers to your queries. Whether you need help configuring a new line of business or entering a reinsurance claim in VBASoftware, VBAssist will be there to guide you every step of the way.
VBAPI: Bridging the Gap Between Natural Language and Code
Our API service, VBAPI, has been a game-changer for our clients, offering backend access to the VBA platform and enabling interoperability through thousands of APIs. Now, we will be introducing VBAssist into VBAPI as well.
This technical AI assistant will be able to translate natural language into code, helping developers interact with the APIs or find the correct APIs to accomplish a task. Trained on our Swagger OpenAPI Specification (OAS) documentation, VBAssist will be a valuable tool for both developers and non-technical users alike, making it easier than ever to leverage the power of our APIs.
VBAIntelligence: The Future of Benefits Administration
VBAssist is just the beginning. As part of our new product line, VBAIntelligence, we’re planning to introduce a range of innovative features and solutions that will harness the power of AI to help you run your business more efficiently and effectively.
Here are some examples of what you can expect to see from VBA:
1. An EDI Co-Pilot. Combines AI with LLMs to augment the EDI team. These advanced models can be trained on existing EDI documentation, interface mappings, and even past errors. TPAs can expect faster interface setups, reduced errors and a more streamlined data exchange process.
2. The Intelligent TPA. AI that is trained on all facets of the TPA. It absorbs years, even decades, of organizational knowledge. Employees, whether new or seasoned, can interact with the Intelligent TPA assistant to get insights, answers and guidance. New employees can integrate quickly, drastically reducing the time it takes for them to become fully operational and knowledgeable.
